Chasing the Dragon

This is the incredible true story of Jackie Pullinger who set sail from England in 1966 knowing she would be working for God; what she did not know was, her calling would take her into the notorious walled city slum of Kowloon. Alone, with no financial backing and as yet unsure exactly what her ministry would be, she stepped into the darkness of the rat infested, narrow streets running with open sewers controlled by gangsters. Past the opium dens and prostitutes holding out hands the backs scarred with needle marks, aged faces almost without hope. This was where Jackie would begin to change those she encountered by her faith and the grace of God who was with her.
