Canon Lawyer and distinguished Theologian, James A. Coriden begins his book looking at the Holy Spirit in the Bible. He follows with post-biblical explorations of the Spirit, then the evolutionary goal, the reign of God. Next he explores the people of God - the Holy Spirit and the reign of God. He goes on to consider the structural developments in the Church's evolution. The evolution of the sacraments comes next and finally looking into the future with further directions.
